‘Made by Maryam’ Gallery aims to provide an innovative forum for contemporary Islamic art, whilst also showcasing the work of our young artists which resonate with the wider community in the United Kingdom.
When ‘Made by Maryam’ was first launched in July 2019, it was difficult to predict the dedicated interest in contemporary Islamic art that exists amongst the general public. However, the audience has built steadily over the months and has far exceeded all expectations.
Our artists at ‘Made by Maryam’ have worked with charity organisations, masjid institutions and with media sponsors on a number of outreach projects over the year.
